Telegram: “Message Could Not Be Sent” [Solution]

As the cryptocurrency and blockchain community grows, we see a lot of new Telegram groups and channels. I join most of them in my spare time.

In fact, recently I started messaging the admin / founder to know more about their ongoing project.

Here’s the problem:

Every time I send a message? Telegram blocks me with a red dot, signalling the message never went through. This is the error message:

“Your message could not be sent. An error occured while sending the previous message. Would you like to try resending it?”

What is the solution here?

Even if you press Resend, the message doesn’t go through. Ignore button doesn’t do anything. And the Delete button? Well, it deletes the message.

The goal to send the message is unfilfilled.

And this led me to research further. In fact, it appears that Telegram automatically blocks users because:

“Telegram‘s username search is not a tool for making new friends. People usually don’t like it when strangers contact them — so they will report you if they find your messages annoying. ”

And that’s exactly what I have been doing. I have been connecting with people. And Telegram doesn’t like that.

And if you are facing the same issue, the only solution is this:

Step 1: Go to the Telegram search
Step 2: Type @Spambot [image]
Step 3: Contact the bot by typing /start
Step 4: Take action based on the response

For example, in my case, I know exactly why my messages weren’t going through. It is, as per the Spam Info Bot, because my account is limited as I have sent messages to strangers.

Fortunately, the bot always gives you options:

This has happened for the second time. And if you are doing this regularly, Telegram blocks your account for good. And then the recovery is impossible.

For now, luckily, the limitation will be lifted soon.
